Return and Refund Policy

Custom Items

No returns accepted on custom items except in the case of shipping damage. If your package arrives damaged, take pictures from all sides prior to opening it. Once opened, if your product is damaged, please take pictures and email us immediately at ssvcustom@gmail.com. You have 3 business days after delivery to report damages.

Non Custom Items

Shipping Damages- If your package arrives damaged, take pictures from all sides prior to opening it. Once opened, if your product is damaged, please take pictures and email us immediately at ssvcustom@gmail.com. You have 3 business days after delivery to report damages. You may choose a replacement or a refund. A full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Returns/Refunds- Returns are accepted within 10 business days. Refund minus shipping charges will be submitted within 5 business days of the item being returned. Please contact us at ssvcustom.com for a return shipping label to be emailed to you.
